How could we "boost" our MPLS links for both data and voice?

Dear ATT,

Got this wonderful email in my inbox about 73% customers having carrier ethernet.  I asked my salesrep a couple months ago for some ideas about availability on ethernet at 3 of our 15 locations for starters.  Unfortunately I was never given an answer.  Here are the locations once more:

When intra-company VoIP calls are added to an MPLS VPN service, how does call admission control - CAC - work? Is it a function of the IP PBX, or does the MPLS VPN service play a role in making sure calls get connected and stay connected?

What specific areas will AT&T be investing in support of WAN services?

What are other customers asking for, and how are you responding to this?

Without going through the complexity of a NAC implementation, what options exist in AT&T to protect a private network that operates in different countries?

Can you help us with our international calls over IP?
